        Great Company and amazing work culture.

        The small business I work at has been trying to resolve an error within the system that forces us to reset the app nearly every other transaction where we run a card. This slows us down immensely as we run hundreds of cards each day. We have been trying to resolve this with Revel for MONTHS. with no fix whatsoever.

        We've been working for 2 weeks trying to get someone to send us a processing payment form. We have transferred ownership of our business and are not receiving our payments. They (a variety of people) have put us on "high priority" and we keep getting the runaround. I've never dealt with anyone so unorganized and uncaring about their customers. If we weren't a franchise I would do business with someone else.
