I am super livid right now. I just had two vanities ordered and delivered to my house, apparently curbside unbeknownst to me. The Floor &Decor did a disservice not making customers aware and then it was a total waste because I could have just rented a U-Haul, hired cheap labor and did it all myself. The only saving grace is that the store manager, Gary did well with addressing my concern and he responded appropriately. But SHAME on Floor & Decor. I am too tired to even check out the product and best believe if I have issues with the vanities, I will be typing up another review. So customers, BE AWARE Mar 30th, 2024

I had a dispute with the installer at the 1914 W. Atlantic Blvd. Pompano Fl. store, [Spears Flooring] over a discount on an estimate. I needed a new estimate, done differently and the installer refused to submit one, which killed the sale. I guess the installer runs the whole show, not the company. I wouldn't trust using them afterwards for obvious reasons. Jan 20th, 2024

I cant get past the ordering of samples. I attempted to purchase samples from the website, I could not check out. I called to find out what the situation is, instead of greying the product out like most websites, to say they no longer have it to purchase, it simply does not let you check out if even one is unavailable. I would have never figured that out on my own. In the end, there was only one sample for me to get. the rep on the phone could not understand why this was frustrating, but of course I wanted to compare them! After paying for the single sample, it NEVER arrived!! and within the 6 days from purchase to now, I have received over 30 emails asking me about the sample that they say got to me. So Again I had to contact customer service, who says oh no it has not left the facility. Nope just cancel it, we are not going to be on the same page ever! Also they only use the visualizer on the most expensive products they carry. Their customer service is not upset, concerned or apologetic about the issues, they create for themselves. Why? and why would I use a company this aloof about a brand new customer! do yourself a favor use LL Flooring because they have their stuff together, I should have never tried to branch out Mar 2nd, 2024

Posting in hopes that someone will see this in do the right thing. I purchased 150sq feet of blue patterned tile from the store in Sterling Heights Michigan. There are not options to choose different types of this tile, just one tile. My contractors picked it up and began the install. They got half way into the project and realized that the tilled changed in size and they could not line up the grout lines. Further investigation found that the tile they installed was subtype O and the rest of the tile, all of which was provided by floor & decor in one order for 150 square feet of the same product, was a different subtype. My coutnractor took the second subtype back to the store to return it for the correct size. He was told that they no longer make that size and that it was his fault for not checking. And that the o sub type is no longer available in Michigan, and that he should call around to find out who has type O available and then figure out how to get it here. They literally offered no help, and took no responsibility. Meanwhile my contractor has guys on site ready to install. I have half a kitchen installed with a type that may or may not be available and if it is it's 200+ miles away and they have refused to pay to ship it. On top of that I am on a deadline to have this done to get cabinets and counters installed and measures so the plumber can come in and we can move in before I need to be out of our current home.
I have to believe that somebody in this company will make this right. As of now I've ordered more tile from a store in Cleveland Ohio who is supposed to have O type but still not sure how we are to get the tile to me in Michigan. When we call the store in Cleveland they are telling us to call Georgia. At this point I cannot switch tile without having to pay for an install and demo on top of another install and it's messing up my whole timeline Feb 23rd, 2024
