I have been working with Ali and Alex for a little over a year now and we have found both extreme value in their coaching / assistance but also are sales have grown significantly. Ali knows his stuff and our initial day together provided extreme value and knowledge that I haven't gotten in years of reading sales books. Alex is hard working in making sure he knows our company, products and persona's in order to provide some amazing sales material which has shows significantly right open rates and response rates than before. I was ready to move my sales team to the next level by adding a sales manager to our organization and by building an engaging compensation plan. Even though I knew what I wanted, my challenge was I didn't have all the pieces to build it. I was referred to Rose Garden by another business associate. Why Rose Garden was so valuable was that they quickly helped us build exactly what we needed. I walked away with a robust compensation plan and a road map for the sales manager I was ready to hire. What I learned was that I needed help building the plane before I stuck a pilot (sales manager) in it. This is what Rose Garden did so well. They helped me build the framework, systems and processes that I needed. It was a turn-key system handed to me. By the time the consulting was finished all we had to do was execute.

Beware of Rose Garden Consulting. They are a complete fraud and scammed our company out of tens of thousands of dollars. The owner admitted IN WRITING that they did not deliver on what was asked of them. They even had the nerve to prevent us from accessing materials we paid for after they took our money. Their business practices are unethical and deplorable. Now they are evading our attorneys.
