I loved my experience with Brad and Southern Magnolia. They re-did my first floor (Dunwoody) to create an open floor plan. They went above and beyond in so many ways- including a 9 pm house call from Brad when I was stressing out about something minor! I would highly recommend them for any renovation projects.

The owner Bradley is so talented, he constructed a beautiful treehouse in our backyard. We couldn't be more happy with the results, he is extremely talented. What an incredible job, I highly recommend his services.

Brad did a whole house renovation for me. His work is impeccable and his attention to detail is great! He is kind, responsible, and trustworthy. He went above and beyond for the length of the project. I would absolutely use Brad and his team again!

I had scheduled an appointment with Brad to come to my house to begin working together on a door installation. I provided him my address over the phone and we set an appointment for a week later. He texted me later to confirm the address. The next week, no one shows up. After he is about two hours late, I call to ask if I've missed something and why no one has shown up. Apparently, I am not in their service area; something Brad failed to tell me when scheduling the appointment. Not only that, they neglected to call and tell me that in advance to cancel the appointment. This was a large inconvenience because I had worked around my job to be available that day and was not even informed that they won't be showing up. I should have been informed before the appointment was even set that I was not in their service area. There is also nothing to indicate their service area on their website.
