I closed on a townhouse in April. Since then, it's been a never ending stream of problems. I was told that AT&T and Comcast would be available. Cablik Enterprises (Cablik) said in March that Comcast service was available. Comcast came for installation and no line had been run from the street to our bldg. Cablik didn't believe me when I told them this. I had to take a picture of the cable box to convince them. Comcast told me that Cablik never signed an access agreement. In June 2020, I asked why AT&T service wasn't available, at that point, they started to setup AT&T service. This took months because our address was not in their database.I had to call 911 in August and learned that the address is not in the county database. The county has a problem with the address, and they changed it. I learned this from the City, not Cablik. And no one would have never known about an issue if I hadn't had to call 911.I've had plumbing problems since I moved in. Cablik's plumber told me that the toilets have a design flaw. He refused to work on one of my toilets unless Cablik agreed to replace it. They are no longer using those toilets, but refuse to replace them in my unit. I requested house numbers for the back of the units, which is the most convenient place for deliveries and they refused, and are now using hand written signs. Multiple requests for warranty issues have gone unanswered.

I had a client who purchased a new construction townhome at the Moderns in Kirkwood a few weeks ago. It was a long road and it was the developer's first project in Atlanta. If it were not for Cablik and the relationships they have, I am not sure we would have closed. It was long road for several months and I cannot thank Cablik and their project manager enough! Wes kept me updated every step of the way and in the end, to say that they went above and beyond is an understatement! I had always heard good things about Cablik; however, I can now personally attest to how wonderful they truly are ... from the project manager Wes to Alan Cablik himself. A true class act.
