All rest areas are a good place to be able to stretch your legs. It also helps stay awake.

We have been owners at 1280 W Peachtree for 4 years. Our issue is not with the condo itself, it was a good price and met our needs, which was a safe building for my daughter and then my stepson while they attended school in Atlanta. However, the property management leaves much to be desired. When we were shopping for condos we specifically asked every one whether or not our (adult) children would be able to occupy the unit as many associations have strict rules regarding owner occupied condos. We were told by the property management company that as long as it was our biological child, who was being supported by us, they would be allowed to live there with no issue. When we originally purchased we made the decision just to add my daughter as an owner as she doesn't share a last name with my or my husband and wanted to avoid any hassle of proving she was my biological daughter. When she was finished with the condo and my stepson moved in, my husband went with him to the management office inside the condo and with NO ISSUES they provided him a key card, parking pass, etc. They were well aware that he was our son and would be living there while attending Emory University. Two years later, we receive a letter from RMS Assist telling us that we had an "unauthorized renter" in our unit. Certain that this was a mistake I emailed them & let them know that it was our son who was in the unit (this should be blatantly obvious and the only difference between his name and my husbands is a III instead of a II but I digress). They then informed me that despite what we were told by the property management and despite the fact that they happily created him a key card and parking pass and knew he was moving into the building as our son two years prior, he was in fact an unauthorized tenant and on top of that, there were no lease spots available for us to be able to even have a tenant. We solved the issue with a quit claim deed, adding him to the property as an owner, but the level of unprofessionalism is ridiculous. I guess I need to take a little responsibility in this mess because I made the HUGE mistake of taking the word of the property manager when we purchased the unit rather than reading their CCR's. I guess I made the (very wrong) assumption that they wouldn't blatantly lie to my face about their rules. That still doesn't explain why they allowed him to move in, knowing full well he was our son and not an owner of of the unit more than two years ago.
