I installed a mesh network and made a mistake. This meant certain devices could not see each other. Adam got the network untangled and fixed that problem. That was at the root of my problems with installing my printer. Well worth the expense.

Very responsive,  and reasonable priced. And personable Analyzed my laptop,  decided not worth cost of repair. He suggested I buy a business grade refurbished laptop instead of cheaper quality home grade from other company Moved files over to new computer.  Quickly. Will use him for other pc stuff too.

As always, Adam was extremely helpful with my latest issues. He quickly explained what I needed to be able to set up my laptop to work at home. He saved me a lot of time and trouble, and he gave me the link to obtain the necessary accessory. Totally dependable, prompt service!

Adam is genuinely kind, personable, and he knows how to get the job done. He had our issue fixed in about 30 seconds and was nice enough to stick around and help with some other computer problems that would have taken me hours to sort out. Very thorough, explains as he goes-you'll feel like you have a new friend.

As always, Adam once again resolved several issues with our laptops. Working remotely from home, he walked us (and talked us) through a process to rid my wife's computer of annoying pop-ups. Mostly, he navigated through the process himself as we simply watched him work his magic. Immediately following the work on her computer, Adam then set me up to participate and run Zoom conferences on my laptop. (I had been having trouble with both the audio and video.) With that taken care of, I'm now able to work from home as an instructor, which is essential as we trudge through the current pandemic. As "Boomers" needing occasional assistance with our Internet skills, we truly appreciate Adam's help. He is direct, clear, and patient, and we enjoy the way he intersperses the session with tidbits of his sense of humor.
