I love working with Madinah! I highly recommend SafePC Solutions for whatever IT support you need. They are very involved in the local community, youth education, and empowering women and minorities to find success in tech. This is a wonderful organization and I believe you would have a great experience working with them!

First you have a problem. Then you try to solve the issue yourself. (Kind of like the do it yourself plumber!) Well, when that failed, I knew the next step: Call Madinah, CEO, at Safe PC Solutions. With my initial call, I got a message machine and 2 minutes later, Ms. M. herself was on the line! With complete reassurance, she informed me Mr. Everald Courtney will call back within 10 minutes. Guess what? In no time, I heard from the BEST technician. Everald stayed with me until the email issue was resolved. Understanding? Absolutely! Patient? Absolutely! I would 100% endorse Safe PC for every single IT issue because they have proven their competency, reliability and commitment to get 'the job done' no matter what AND that's the truth. I am and will always be their loyal customer!

I wish I could give this company negative stars. The owner, Madinah, has no idea what she's doing. I have more IT knowledge than she does. She is constantly flying off the handle and seems delusional when being held accountable. Thus far we've paid her money for a "service" that has yet to be provided. The company charges us for their mistakes and sends over links that are easily accessible online for us to troubleshoot our own work. I have no idea how this place remains in business but save your time, energy, and sanity by finding a better IT service.
