Cushman & Wakefield took over management of Stratford Ridge from Pinnacle. Their philosophy regarding Resident service is clearly "This is a business, these Residents don't matter once the lease is signed". Every Resident should have access to the whole corporate chain of command when their issues are not properly addressed; not addressed in a timely manner; or not addressed at all. Instead Residents have to keep dealing with the same lower members of the chain of command (Which appears to stop at the District Manager) who can't seem to get it right. The next person should be the regional manager and so-on. Not being able to get an issue resolved and then being told by Atlanta corporate that the District Manager is the highest person a Resident can talk to is absurd. That absolutely cannot be the end of the line if an issue remains an issue that the District Manager was asked to help resolve; and didn't. There should always be another option for a Resident paying for; but not receiving what they signed up for. Not being able to take the issues further means there is no incentive or accountability for lower members of the management chain of command to do what they are suppose to in support of Residential Well-Being. Since lower management appears to have the final say or say nothing, the Resident is trapped in a lease with persistent issues only able to deal with the same derelict management members where the issues end up being stalled or completely ignored. This is abusive. Resident issues require the attention of every member all the way up the management and administrative chain of command, to take responsibility for the people who make their business possible...the Residents. Residents should not be so irrelevant that if necessary, the CEO is so much more above them to address their issues if need be. If an issue gets that far maybe he/she (CEO) needs to reorganize and install subordinates that will do their jobs to ensure all he/she has to do is bask in the success and accomplishments of the company he/she was delegated to oversee as CEO. Apartment Management Companys dereliction and abuse needs to STOP!

Even when finally getting a hold of someone about the black mold, the blatant discrimination in addition to theft by their contractors. Unfortunately Greg Samples decided that Beth Gould at Hinton Hollow was ok in letting contractors steal and maintenance not even bother to address the black mold that had been growing however long. There is a reason that they still lose money even being slumlords. And management is why because they sure werent putting money into the apartments ( from my experience) having to shampoo the carpets 5 times when moving in for the smell to be even tolerable is why they dont even send someone to let you see it before hand.
