Tradition Trees (Little Five Points)

This is my third and final year of ordering from Tradition Trees, due to their awful customer service and an overpriced low quality tree. After I ordered online, I received 6 different texts from Tradition on changes in dates/times to my delivery, because they said they didnt have the tree I ordered ready or they hadnt updated their own systems based on what someone else had told me. After all that, they showed up at a time other than the what we agreed upon, so I had to cancel a meeting just to be home. The same thing happened when they removed my tree. I tried calling and texting to arrange a time and they just put me me on a schedule for whatever day/time they wanted and I only found that out after I texted them THE DAY OF! The tree was lopsided with huge gaps of needles missing. We had to turn the tree to hide certain areas, but it was still clear that the tree was poor quality. While the delivery service was great the past two years, its actually more of an inconvenience now than just going to pick up my own tree. And given the price, Im sure I can find a better looking tree elsewhere. Edited to respond to Traditional Trees reply below: I want to emphasize the fact that the folks that came to pick up my tree were very friendly and helpful, and they werent aware of the fact that I had been given NO WINDOW of time for their arrival. They helped me take the lights off my tree, because I had to rush since I was only given a 10 minute notice before they arrived. Its clear from Tradition Trees response that they want to blame their lack of organization on their customers, which is unfortunate. Theres quite a few other reviews where customers have had the same issues

They have tall trees! Nobody else did (at least in our hour of need). Well-run operation and an excellent tree acquisition experience overall.

Beautiful and large selection of Fraser Fir Christmas Trees! The staff was top notch and provided excellent customer service. They even tied the tree on to the car roof for us! Merry Christmas ATL!

I was happy they still had a good selection on the last weekend before Christmas. There were crazy expensive trees, but also plenty in the less than $75 bracket. The couple managing the operation this year were friendly and helpful. I spoke about getting a small tree for my sons grave and was treated with great compassion and attention for such a small item.
