Dr. Caroline is absolutely AMAZING! Not only is she a fantastic doctor, but she's also incredibly empathetic and wonderful with kids. I brought my daughter to her for BrainCore sessions, and she has been incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Dr. Caroline emphasizes the importance of being on the same page during treatments to achieve the best results, which I really appreciate. Her team, Emily and Linda, are also incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They always take the time to answer any questions that come up. I brought my daughter to Dr. C to help alleviate back issues from mild scoliosis and bc I was interested in the functional medicine aspect of the practice. After exams and analysis, Dr C created a plan for us and has been treating my daughter for 3 months now. A is 14 and absolutely loves Dr. Caroline. Her posture is improved, her discomfort is much better, and she has found a wonderful adult figure in whom she trusts. Dr. C is able to talk to her about life issues, ways to deal with stress, diet, etc in a manner that is well received. A listens bc Dr. C is not her parent! lol! I am so thankful to have found Balance Atlanta. Between Emily at front of house and Dr Caroline, we have found our chiropractic home in Atlanta.

This practice is a SCAM!!! On Nov 15th 2023, I took my 12 years old daughter to see Dr.Caroline, she took a X Ray for my daughter, find out my daughter has scoliosis, ( at that time I have never heard of scoliosis and treatment) in total about 30mins she charged $285 when I ask her about treatment she told me you come back tomorrow I will give you a treatment plan. So we went back next day, she told us the treatment plan is my daughter has to see her for next 3 months with 12 visits the charge is $ 3804, I asked her how long takes to see any improvement for my daughters scoliosis she said ONE YEAR, then she did 5 mins adjust for my daughter that day. I paid her $3804. We went back home I told my husband our daughter has scoliosis then we start to research about scoliosis, soon we find out how serious teen Scoliosis is and how serious can it be. My daughter will need to wear brace for next few years and hope to not need to have a spine surgery also we need to see orthopedic doctor right away. Immediately I realize Dr. Caroline was not right fit for scoliosis treatment, she didnt mention brace wear or how serious it is. So I called Dr. Caroline to cancel our next appointment and ask for a refund, Dr. Caroline tried to manipulate our conversation all the way through, I ask her questions about scoliosis treatment, she said to me: I was waiting to see your husband to tell you. I was shocked !! I am the mother of my daughter and I have meet you twice and paid $ 3804 to you, what do you mean you are waiting to meet my husband then tell us????? Ridiculous!! Its a shame!!!! Dr. Caroline you may think I am a fool cos I dont know what is scoliosis is and how serious Scoliosis can be at that time, but I will find out soon or later, when I find it out, who is the real fool ??? Youre not only a chiropractor, but you are a mother too, what if your daughter has scoliosis? How you going to treat her? When I ask for refund she told me there will be 3% charge for the refund, I never heard such thing for refund, so she refunded me total $ 3282,24 ( I paid $ 3804) She charged me $521.76 for NOTHING !!!
