I called other agencies and NM really reached out to me. Stephany worked hard to ensure we found the best qualified nanny for our young special needs son and three older siblings. NM is a pleasure to work with and always professional. Im very pleased with NM.

I think the agency itself is probably fine but I was sent a nanny when I was 2 weeks postpartum to be our night nurse. She had literally dozens of amazing reviews and I was just naive and had no experience with nannies. She started off very sweet and I tried to be as accommodating as possible since she had no car. I would take her to her massage appointments during her off time and buy whatever organic food she requested daily. I was super thankful for the help. Over time her entire personality changed and she started yelling at me and my 9 year old who she was no responsible for. She was very hateful and I was just trying to make it to the end of her contract. One day it got to be too much and I was honestly scared of her and I didnt want her alone with my children. She was very persistent I write her a recommendation but there was no way I was going to put another family through this. I made a call to the agency in tears one afternoon after another one of her blowups and I just felt they took no responsibility and didnt care. They did however get her out of my home promptly. I even felt gaslit when they said the nanny isnt used to having a woman at the house that much so I guess its my fault for being postpartum and wanting to be home with my kids a lot. After working with another agency and now having a super successful relationship with our nanny for 1.5 years now, I felt compelled to write this review and just warn people that phone interviews and/ or good reviews aside you really have no idea who you are letting into your home and the agencies do not either.
