        I can't get one question answered nor are any of the extensions taking calls. Does anyone know what number to use to actually get assistance?

        The operator is rude and when I get transferred over to a specific department from the operator I never get and answer. Ive been leaving van since august of 2021 and still havent received a call back. I guess they dont care about the saftey of these children. Ive been trying to report a daycare provider for the longest and I cant even do that. Ive got my lawyer involved so Ill allow that to take place.
