Intense Auto Detailing

Extremely hard to find and doesnt even answer calls during the work times shown. Parked my car and did a full walk around but no signs to even show how to get here. Dont think its worth the effort to be honest

James Is located off of Abernathy near 400. Kind of hard to find. I had never had my 2007 Lexus detail before and I am extremely impressed.. His prices are reasonable and will be happy to detail or wash your car anytime. He did the inside and out, the carpets, the engine, everything ... It was on time and very considerate thoughtful and uses the best products. Service: Scratch removal

This guy is an honest man doing honest work. There has been absolutely no shortcuts. Both my husband and I are so incredibly happy to have found him. He does a great job and he is proud of the work that he does. I have forwarded his contact to all of my friends and I suggest you try him out too. Prices are reasonable. Just make sure to call him when you are getting close because his place is a bit tough to find. But once you see it its all good.

I decided to give this place a try after something had spilled in the back of my wife's SUV after getting some groceries. It had built up a smell throughout, and since I've always heard a few folks vouched that his work was good, I decided to give it a try. I am very picky with detailing my cars which is why I ever bring it to anyone to detail, but since time was a factor that I didn't have at the moment, I was hoping that I wouldn't regret it. I explained that the main purpose was to get the area cleaned and the smell out. Mr. Alexander stated he had to do the whole car to ensure all the smell was out so I said okay whatever it takes, just as long as the area is cleaned properly and the smell is gone. I come to pick up the car and as I inspect everything, the smell is still there, there are areas in the dash compartments that were still dirty, and as soon as I raised up the back panel compartment where the spillage was, all I seen was just debris of the very same stuff that spilled initially and smelling worse at that. By this point, I said never again can I trust anyone to detail yet alone just even wash my cars. He asked for a chance to fix it and I just couldn't risk my time and money being wasted again. So as soon as I got home, I went and bought an extractor, some extra auto cleaning supplies and I re did the job my self and was able to get the detail and cleaning that I initially paid for done. So I paid $92 for nothing, had the audacity to not even credit me anything back. NEVER AGAIN will he touch any of my vehicles, or anyone else for that matter. total rip off! Service: Auto detailing
