Dont ever work here since I told them I was pregnant they started messing with me Anna she never liked me at all she made that clear to me. They are a bad company.

This company is a joke! From training to nesting! Trainers, supervisors, tech, etc.! No one is on the same accord! Everyone has to ask someone else everything and youre still left without answers! They charge you for their faulty equipment then dont pay you when there are issues (daily)! Trainers and supervisors and very negative. This company is literally selling dreams! All the training does is set you up for complete failure! Training environments never work, trainers are clueless, tech is useless and supervisors are on high defense and ready to play the blame game.

I've been working for alorica for a year and I have had issues with my equipment but I never had to pay for it. You have tech check, then training, then nesting, then working. Along the way I was blessed with some awesome trainers (victoria) she's my favorite and your never alone you have teams so if u have any questions teams is right there and if you feel like your manager is not doing the right thing on team you can literally se the chain of command just click they name and msg them I would sY try to judge for your self and see how u personally feel I love it though My kids get sick I don't miss out on no money
