I have been coming to Jah who works at this salon now for the last 8 years. She has often been late for appts throughout the years but I continued to go to her since she does good hair. Most recently I booked a month in advance. The day before my appt she text me asking if I could come earlier at 9am instead of 11:30am because she had to be out of the salon at 11am, so I agreed. The day of my appt at 8:35am when I was on the way to my appt she text me saying she had a family emergency and cancel my appt. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Not to mention the next day I looked on social media and saw she celebrated her birthday, so it appears she was lying about the emergency. She just did not want to do my hair.I will not be going back to her.

Rae & her entire team are extremely professional! Theres nothing but positive vibes from the moment you step into the salon. I was diagnosed with alopecia a few years back & I would honestly just wear styles to cover it up. After going to Rae for a little over a year, my spot has grown in. Rae cares about her clients & she cares about the healthiness of their hair. Above all of that, she is a boss that takes cares of her business. Ive never had a bad experience with anyone Ive encountered in her salon. Thank you Rae for always providing such a positive experience!
