        First time dealing with this tow company and I've never had to go through what I have to go through here an accident Easter Sunday the officer said I can go and get my stuff out of my truck with the paperwork that I have what is a bonded title my truck has a bonded title in my mom's name who is now deceased for over 2 years so I walked in the with this bonded title which is notarized and they wouldn't let me get my stuff out of my truck I don't care whose name is in if my mother was alive still I would still be the one coming to get whatever was in my truck because she would be 86 years old if she was still here with her paperwork out of the tow companies I have been to honors that I didn't go there with nothing I went with paperwork which also has my name signed as a witness and I couldn't get my belongings out my truck now we're having a hard time getting my truck released to the insurance company so they can pay me for my truck from the people insurance company who's at fault so if I lose my vehicle because I can't get paid for it being damaged I guess the next thing I'll be doing is suing them South Metro towing because it don't make any sense

      You have been given the correct information, unfortunately the police officer gave you bad information, you are not the owner, two years ago the executor of the estate should have put the vehicle in your name. Unfortunately you do have a problem and a process needs to be followed.
