    (This is what I have said on the multiple surveys they continue sending asking for feedback as well as what I emailed to the customer care email address I saw in a previous review...still no response from Maaco. I called the "corporate" number but the call just drops. ) I wanted to share my experience with you because, as a member of the neighborhood in which the store resides, I want to support my local community but, the service I received was less than I know it can be. Overall, the staff was pleasant for the most part, 7/10. I brought my car in 12/29/22 and got it back 2/4/23 for a fairly mild collision issue. During the entire time, I had a terrible and near impossible time with communication. This significantly increased the time I went without my car. When I would call, the phone would go to voicemail and the mailbox is full so no messages were left. (Same thing when I tried to call 5 minutes ago). This lack of communication was brought to the attention of the front office person Lisa, who I learned is the manager. It was never resolved. My insurance company tried for several days to contact Maaco but, they were unable to reach them. I emailed and never received a response. This became such an issue that in order to speak to someone, I would just drive to Maaco to speak in person. I had to be the cellphone liason to Maaco and my insurance company at least twice because there was no way to communicate. While in person, Lisa acknowledged receiving my email, but she never replied. After checking on the status of my car once or twice, in person, I finally got the car. When I got it, the right brake light (the side of the repair) did not work and the key was bent. Two bulbs were lying in the trunk. I have to now gingerly insert or remove my key from the ignition for fear of breaking it. I have not been able to find any information to speak with a regional manager or area manager to address this situation. I would love to speak with someone. I incurred a significant expense with keeping the car rental past it's due date as a result of all of this (which is why I took the car when the brake light was not working). I took the car back and they can fixed the brake light. As far as the key, the right thing to do would be to replace it and I have not heard anything. The key is over $300 to replace!     I needed some work done on my car. When I called, the receptionist told me the manager was outside with a client and would call me back. After about an hour, I drove here to see if the manager could look at my vehicle (the manager hadn't called me back). When I arrived, I found out the manager was pulling weeds and collecting trash on the front of the property. Once the receptionist told her I was there for help, the manager continued her trash/weed collection for another five minutes. I enjoyed my talk with the receptionist until the manager finally acknowledged me and answered the questions I had about the damage to the car.I appreciated that the manager of this location took pride in the front of business. However, she seemed more intent on that than on helping me. I was there a long time (maybe 20 min?) before she even really looked at me.
