Extremely rude, disrespectful, would not recommend. They work with an outsourcing company who shuttles in clients in need of help on a ridiculous contingency then you never speak with the actual attorney of the case. If you do, (jennifer) is a rude condescending person.

Intake specialist rude and didnt listen very well! Terrible experience and I shouldve looked at the reviews before calling. Im glad I have a better law to deal with my issue. I would never recommend anyone contacting this firm staff is terrible so you know the attorneys are worse. I told them I would go with another firm before they could say anything else! Dodged a bullet!

Dont trust this law firm. I spent over 30 min giving details about my issue because I was encouraged to give as much detail as possible. A day later I received an email that said we can not represent you. Fair enough. I called and asked for a reason why...they said sorry..they aren't any notes on your file. So basically we dint have reason. So after I gave names about my case and now you cant tell me why. I feel their just collecting information. Find a different law firm to give you a professional feedback about your case.

Called and had a over the phone consultation/case evaluation. Spent about 45 minutes of our time going into all the details required. We were then told that we would receive an call or email within 24 hours regarding our case. Well 1 week later, no phone call or email, we obviously had to go with a different lawyer.
