I went to court today representing myself for a civil lawsuit I filed for breach of lease agreement. Mr. Miguel Dominguez was not my lawyer but he overheard me explaining a tricky situation I was in to the judge regarding a conflict between my future court date and my travel plans. I asked the judge about the statute of limitations for my case inquiring if I could drop it and file again at another time but the judge could not give me legal counsel on statute of limitations. Miguel offered to give me free counsel, met with me at the back of the court room after presenting his case, briefly reviewed my case, spoke to the judge on my behalf and was successfully able to get my court date expedited by 2 months! He was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional! There was no benefit to him in helping me but he did so anyway. I also had the pleasure of hearing him obliterate the legal team of the opposing party on his case. If Im ever in an accident I will definitely reach out to him for representation! Ill never forget his kindness and skill, thank you!
