When I first reached out to them I got a response from Bill and they were very eager to take my case. I was told they would have a resolution within 4 to 8 weeks. I tried to reach out to them after retaining Alex but couldnt get a hold of Bill and Alex didnt seem available. After a short while not only did I realize Alex wasnt looking out for my best interest but it was evident that he hadnt looked at any of the evidence I sent to him. I did all the hard work by obtaining everything and then serving it to him on a silver platter and yet this guy made me feel as if he was doing me a favor. Mind you when I brought my case to Alex I already had an offer on the table which was a lowball offer and my vehicle still needed to be fixed. I realized I was going in circles and had to reiterate everything to him over and over. You would think a good attorney would take the time to look at all the evidence thats presented but not Alex! After 4 months later Alex was asking me if my vehicle was still under warranty! I fired Alex after 6 months of him wasting my time and asked him for my file 4 months later I still havent heard from this guy and there is no sign of my file! These are FACTS! I never once felt like he valued me or the business I brought to him. He made me feel like I should just take the offer thats on the table and give him his ridiculous asking price for not doing anything but sending a few emails and he hasnt negotiated anything that benefited me as his client for sure! Alex is by far the worst attorney I have encountered for sure he has a condescending attitude!

From the very beginning Alex made the process very easy. Communication was great, I was always able to reach him via phone or text. The process was complete in just a couple of months. I can't thank you enough.

I would never take food out of anyone's mouth or off their table. I would never bad mouth anyone because of anger. The LORD is my witness! DO NOT LET ALEX SIMANOVSKY TAKE YOUR CASE.
