I hired Mr Ragland to help me with a situation that seemed hopeless at first. I suffered a fracture of one of the vertebrae in my spine when I was in a car accident on the way to work. Someone abandoned a car in the fast lane of the expressway. It was a very complicated case. Mr Ragland and his office were extremely dogged in the pursuit of the responsible parties and ultimately we reached a very good settlement. Several months ago I was in a car accident and I was referred to the Ragland firm from two friends. From my initial call I knew I was in good hands and that never changed. Daniel was very detailed oriented and was able to explain the process as well as being there for any questions I had after our first appointment. Between Daniel and Patty his paralegal, I never felt out of the loop and they both made it very easy, so all I had to do is focus on my recovery and feeling whole again. While the waiting game from other drivers insurance company seemed daunting, Daniel stayed on top of it and I received many updates as things progressed. Again, the communication was excellent. In the end Daniel was able to get me a good and fair settlement and I came away very pleased. I am so glad I went with an independent attorney vs any of the overly advertised attorneys so I didnt feel like just another client. I really hope that I will never be in another accident, but if I am, the Ragland firm will be my first call.
