I was referred to Doug Kertscher and the team at Hill Kertscher & Wharton by another attorney stating that they were the best at handling employment agreement disputes. Unfortunately we have been unable to resolve the differences through mediation so far but I feel I have the best team to represent me if we need to go all the way to trial. While this is a very long and challenging process, Doug has been great at guiding me through the various stages. Doug and his team really care and I believe they have the experience to get the best result possible. Update Jan 2024: We ended up having to go to trial at the end of 2023. I can't say enough about how much Doug, Blake and the HKW team guided and supported me through the trial process. By the time of the trial with their preparation, practicing and training, I felt fully prepared and ready to face the other lawyers, judge and jury. Due to their hard work and expertise, we won the trial on all counts including their full legal fees and interest on the amounts awarded in the verdict. I can highly recommend Doug and the HKW team if you are in need of an excellent lawyer to handle your employment disputes.
