Good morning.
I had an appointment today at 11:30 to view some units but the girl working the office, Brooke, has absolutely no clue of whats going on and cannot hold a simple conversation. I couldnt get any info out of her and when I asked to view the property, like I made an appointment to do so, she asked for some type of paper work and then said the keys have not been working so she didnt think she could do anything and then stared at me like I was a ghost and continued to scratch her arms. Mind you she was copied in the email for my appointment. If the keys werent working then someone should have let me known before I drove here. She never got up from her seat and whenever she did open her mouth she sounded very confused and on the verge of crying. Brooke unfortunately has absolutely no idea of what shes doing and is clearly very nervous. Her excuse she kept using was that she was new. She should not have been left alone in the front office on a Saturday.
Thanks for the very awkward waste of time. Do better.

I lived here for 3 years. What started out as a great experience quickly changed when the new property manager arrived. This past February, our unit flooded due to a water issue in the unit above us. The maintenance guy left before checking our unit and we had to call him and beg him to come back as he did not want to. They ended up cutting over 10 holes in our ceiling, installing 2 massive dehumidifiers, and 16 different large fans throughout our unit. They also had to cut out lots of carpet from our bedrooms. The entire apartment was covered in drywall dust with fans blowing 24/7, per specific instructions. We could not stay in our unit for over a week. When we asked for compensation, we were asked to sign an NDA to receive very little money in return. The property manager was rude throughout the whole process. He said our apartment was just inconvenient and not unlivable. One bedroom had an industrial fan blowing under the carpet to dry it out so you couldnt even enter the bedroom without turning the fan off that we were instructed to not turn off. They were completely unreasonable. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
