Tens on West

Apartment complex was well maintained and has nice amenities. Expensive but probably comparable to the other high/low rise buildings in Midtown. My issue with the complex was my units power would cut out in the middle of the night fairly often. This did not affect the rest of the building only my unit. Would always have to go down to the desk and have the concierge wake up the maintenance guy to flip our units breaker switch.Management would tell us that it was a GP problem and vice versa so ultimately never got resolved. This only happened a couple times until the last month of our lease but made for a relieving exit once it started happening multiple times a week.

This place is so cute, in midtown and right off the exit. It's got dim-hotel vibes that I love. I'm very grateful to Kenda, she showed me so many apartments until I found the one I loved. I'm also very walkable distance to so many shops and restaurants. This place can't be beat.

Lived here for 3 years and I would highly recommend. The location is super convenient by foot to many offices, restaurants, two grocery stores, and Piedmont park. I loved being so close to the Marta for trips to/from the Airport (often easier than an Uber). Saw a few management changes but the team has always been friendly/helpful. Irvine and the maintenance team are top tier, often responding within 24 hours of tickets being entered, knocking the request(s) out in one go, and the nicest people when you see them around the building. Appreciated the tall ceilings and modern appliances / feel of the apartment. The amenities were also great, nice pool and gym, plenty of lounging spaces around the building. Anytime I had people over they were impressed with the spaces. On visitors, that's where I would have love to see a change. As of my residency, we got five 24-hour visitor parking validation passes. So if I had 5 friends over for a 2 hour dinner, any additional visitors that month would have to pay $20 to park. One other consideration is that it is a city, so you get city noise. I felt safe in the area as there is generally activity and people walking around. If you're looking to rent in Midtown, absolutely recommend Tens on West.

I recently toured Tens on West and was so impressed that I immediately applied! The community is absolutely stunning, with a modern and elegant aesthetic that makes it stand out from other apartments Ive visited. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the attention to detail in the design is clear throughout.The amenities are incredible, from the pool to the fitness center and spacious common areas. I can already picture myself enjoying everything Tens on West has to offer. The location is perfect too close to everything I need, yet with a peaceful vibe that makes it feel like a true retreat.A special shout-out to Kenda on the staff! She was so helpful and welcoming during my tour, answering all my questions and making the entire process a breeze. Her warmth and professionalism made a huge difference, and Im excited to become part of this amazing community!
