    It is expensive for what they offer, the previous administration was better, this new one, the people are rude, and poorly educated, when you go to hand over the apartment they fine you for everything, as if we couldn't rent in better options, the garbage is sometimes outside and they pretend that one steps on it and climbs it to open the door. I do not recommend the complex just because of the poor management.

    I've been waiting for a week for them to come and fix the electricity.. I called and sent emails and no answer was. We have things more important than the electricity. The first ones were good, good service, but since they changed administrators, everything is failing. It's a lack of respect.. They don't come, they don't want to fix things. I have to beg them. They are paid month after month for administration, among other things, the humidity that it has. This Apartment is Something Crazy The Rugs Are Lifting Up And For Them That's Normal... Tired I Had To Talk Here... I'm Going To Move Even Worse So I'll File A Lawsuit So That Other People Don't Go Through It

    The worst service that can exist, the manager is a very rude person, I have had a problem in my apartment for more than 2 months and she still hasn't finished giving me an answer. The apartment floods and is made of carpet, I spent 1 month with one of the rooms flooded where I went to the office every day looking for solutions and the manager simply ignored my problem. I have been waiting for more than two weeks for answers regarding the electricity bill since they will leave 3 industrial fans on for 9 days, I notified them that I did not agree since that was going to increase the amount to which she responded that if there was a difference they would respond Two weeks ago I sent them the invoice since my bill for $489 arrived and they still haven't given any answers. My apartment had a wet carpet for more than a month and she did nothing, a racist person who does not find a way to communicate with the residents or shows her face. They left my apartment in disgust, they made 3 holes in the wall where after a month they came to cover it yesterday. I don't know where else to go to solve the problems in my apartment. and now they do not want to be responsible for the electricity bill where they knew that she was going to increase the amount because she was not looking for a solution to the problem.

    To whom it may concern. I have lived in this complex since 2019 and unfortunately with each passing year it has become a nightmare to live here, since they changed management the service has declined to a deplorable level. Customer service is terrible, maintenance service takes several requests before it is finally carried out, and if for some reason I have to outsource the service because it is something that cannot wait, then they charge me extra. The attitude of the assistant manager, Anelu, is the most unprofessional I have ever encountered for someone who is in a managerial position. She is not only unprofessional but arrogant and rude to say the least, she has even left me talking to myself, turning her back, and walking away, then literally closing a door in my face several times when I have gone to the office to ask for my situation to be resolved. Since April of this year I have been asking for my mailbox to be repaired, I have lost several packages, mail, bank cards. I have sent several emails and have not received a single response to even say if they are working on this issue and yet the rent keeps going up with every renewal. If someone were to ask me if I would recommend living in this complex, I would honestly tell them not to even consider it. I am not the only one with this complaint right now and a group of residents are getting together to sign an official complaint to the complex and the management company for lack of professionalism and negligence regarding the needs of the residents.
