This apartment complex needs improvement but it's not the worst and the property manager Mr. Ramsey doesn't mind getting involved to get the place fixed up. You would be pleasantly surprised to see how safe and pleasant this complex is.

Our new maintenance man Mike is the absolute best! He is very knowledgable and goes above and beyond! He is such a kind and caring person. Cannot thank him enough!

Ive been living here since 2020 and I have to say that this is the best management that weve had by far! Erin has been true God send! Hes patient, kind, professional, understanding, and goes beyond his duties to make sure that the residents needs are met! He, Darius, and the rest of the staff are always professional and kind, and they make me happy to call this place home. I pray that they be blessed beyond measure

So first lets start off by saying SLUM LORDS I moved into this property in November and it took almost 2 months for then to fix the front door that you could tell had been previously kicked in. The door frame finally got completed 2/5 , like its ridiculous here every work order put in is rushed and messy. So lets give the real I had to call code enforcement just for this complex to fix anything , the Regional manager Devin got mad and told me shell come take my stove she paid $500 for like lady try it and she also stated shell reverse the $500 she gave off the rent for January like this place is ghetto her and the ugly braids UNPROFESSIONAL IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT WITH THESE PEOPLE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY RUN & RUN FAST AF. I will be taking this property to court . If you live here keep a paper trail with emails and contact code enforcement , it works in your favor. If I could rate it a negative 10 I would shut this place down FILLMORE PROPERTIES are SLUM LORDS PERIOD
