        I have called the leasing office multiple times and no one ever answers. I don't understand why you pay a staff to be there that is never available. This please has become very unprofessional and quite frankly trashy these past few years.

        Roaches, waterbugs, random garbage bags throughout the neighborhood, frequent evictions, constant broken entry gate, pitbulls, dog feeces throughout the grass, unorganized mail room, valet trash is a joke (trash been outside for 6 days now and the garbage can now has maggots), work orders always delayed, promised renewal promotions that last 2 years but never received anything, and YOU WILL NOT HEAR BACK FROM MANAGEMENT! We've lived here for over 3 years now and the while the neighborhood quality has went down tremendously, the rent, roaches, waterbugs and neighborhood filth have all increased! So many people have either moved or just abandoned their place all together. Do yourself a favor, and DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

        Well not be resigning my lease Bring office never answers the phone I moved in washer had no hose Water pressure sucks Water barely get hot My maintenance ticket was never honored Im leaving as soon as my lease up maybe before but these apartments are ok the people in the front dont do anything
