UPDATE: The new management team at Bozzuto reached out and resolved my issue. I was given back my deposit and everything is settled now. Thank you to Alexis for getting everything worked out. Original Post: I have been attempting to get my security deposit returned for 2 months now. I am still waiting for my security deposit, from the original management company, that I was assured would be processed a month ago. I spoke with the new management company and even sent them the information they requested only to be ghosted. I dont appreciate this at all and this is not a good reflection on the property as a whole.

Edit After 3.5 Months: Jovannis review does a great job summing up the good, the bad, and the ugly, but Ill reiterate some of those points here. The nickel and diming is insane here. Between service fees, paywalled amenities, guests paying to park, it seems these folks are hellbent on squeezing every last dime out of you. Its soured what has been a mostly positive experience. The built in internet has been extremely unreliable, despite being fixed. Im hopeful theyll eventually get it figured out, but its taken way too long for a service thats vital in a place that costs this much. Lastly, the tech-forward approach at Overline is an absolute headache. Relying on temperamental apps to open every single door in the building as well as the gate to the parking deck is an annoying, yet very real, first world problem. Stuff just doesnt work like its supposed to and although any single instance isnt that big of a deal, over time it starts to wear you down. I find myself desperately wishing for a physical key. The experience is still mostly good, but there are some big caveats coming with any potential recommendation from me. Edit: I am amending my original review simply because an Overline staff member (John) reached out to me to listen to my concerns. A property manager that cares a lot about feedback is okay in my book. Love the unit, love how quiet the building is, love the staff, dont love the Spirit Airlines pricing model for parking and amenities. The parking situation is strange. If I want to park close to the building, I have to shell out another $150/month. Not a spot on the ground floor outside, just in the deck and close to the building. I can take or leave a pool, but thats also another $200 if you want access to that. Let me reiterate, I love the staff and the quality of the unit and building. Its beautiful. But the nickel and diming on top of already expensive rent and for what a lot of other complexes offer for free isnot ideal. The move in process was also a little rough. The staff has been as helpful as they could be, but the systems and communication need some work. Hopefully they get things ironed out in the near future. Look forward to living here!

I love living here. Security, close to the beltline, and close to another park and secure access. I think overall the customer service is good if there is anything wrong they really work to rectify things quickly. I would say THIS IS THE PLACE TO LIVE Especially if you like living in atlanta atlanta.
