    I'm very disappointed and angry with the new office service. I've always checked the website information to move in this apartment for a long time, and I sent messages and emails and left my numbers for a room tour and application process right after the room and price range I wanted were announced, but I didn't get any answers by text, email, or phone for the next step. I think they do not have phones to reply ;( I've been waiting all day for their answer with my weekend schedule empty for a visit and room tour but it's still unresponsive. Doesn't the customer's time and waiting matter? Their service is very irresponsible and selfish actually ignoring customers inquiries but the room and price ridiculously continue to change everyday, which unexpectedly makes my move-in plan changing again and again. I've been forced to give up all the other good options I've set up waiting for your no-response and how can I be compensated for this? The new company should not start if it is unprepared to respond to customers, leaving the damage caused by the company's inadequate preparation to the customers. I will not definitely recommend this apartment even before beginning of moving-in.

    I asked Tours several times within these few days. However, they have not responded. They just updated the price of the room. I know the company recently owned the apartment. If they don't even respond to the future residents, is it the same the residents. I am really worried about it. Leasing office's response is very important to residents.

    I applied at Ellington Midtown now known as Farrington Midtown on the 15th of April. Today is the 4th of May. I was told they were switching management which is cool just communicate with people it's pretty easy to do and also avoid heated residents. So I decided to go into the leasing office to see what's going on with my application since I haven't heard anything. After calling for about 2 weeks in a row being very patient. I was told I was denied today. Which is cool, however me being denied was not based on my credit it was based on them putting the wrong social security number in. I called back to let them know the error that was made, instead of just taking care of the situation ASAP (which you think they would do after the length of time I have been waiting) that did not happen. I was told I would have to wait 24hrs to correct the situation with my social to see if I'm approved or denied. With no explanation besides the managers is busy SMH. This has not been the best experience after such an splendid tour of the apartment complex. Highly disappointed in my experience so far. The 15th of May would make 30 days I have been waiting.

    I love the location and the layout of the apartment and everything, just be warned there is a VERY LOUD train that passes basically every hour all through the night with a crossing close so they have to honk. They will not tell you this before you sign your lease. Im now stuck here with sensitive hearing waking up multiple times every night and an extended lease. Just make sure you wait around long enough to hear it before deciding to move. Update: I lower my rating every couple months because it keeps getting worse. Nothing ever works here. The elevators, the gates, the resident portal, now the phones. Theres always something wrong. Also you need money orders for anything which is ridiculous. Nothing works as advertised.
