    SHOUT OUT TO TEAM MAINTENANCE!! Wanted to take a moment to THROW A BIT OF SHINE on Phil and the Facilities Team here at Stillhouse! As a property management professional I typically look for details that most people would overlook. The way this team cares for and takes PRIDE in the upkeep and cleanliness of the community is OUTSTANDING!! Grounds well maintained, no lingering trash and debris in garage or trash chute areas. Interior floors, hallways, glass doors, stairwells, common areas, etc are also well maintained throughout the day. Each team member that I encounter is friendly and personable (even to my very OUTSPOKEN fur baby, Bentley)! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, TEAM!! *Sidebar: Whoever had the BRIGHT IDEA to install speed bumps in the garage . Thank you Thank YOU THANK YOU!!!! In the past 2 years, Ive witnessed my share of close calls in that garage. HIGH FIVES ALL AROUND!!

    I've lived here for the past 14th months and have enjoyed it. Brooke, Tyler, and Jatiyah are all very kind and supportive. The maintenance guys are all cool and quick to help if you have any issues. Most of the low reviews are from once in a blue moon occurrences, or from people who don't live here (and I do not receive any incentive to post this review). Stillhouse Vinings is safe, reliable, clean, and better than most apartment complexes around Atlanta. Also the free coffee is a great perk!

    Theft. Thats my one word review for anyone who doesnt wanna keep reading. This building has no phone service for anyone with AT&T and that includes internet services and phone calls to security. There were issues with people stealing catalytic converters off of the cars in the parking decks. This place is also great if youre interested in living directly below loud, moaning strippers. Theres a security officer at night that doesnt answer the phone, you just have to leave him a voice message and hope he responds eventually. The elevators were broken often so randos could access your floor as they pleased, packages were often just strewn onto the countertop in the mail area, accessible to the public. The parking garage gates are always broken, the fire alarm goes off constantly, the carpet near trash chutes is wet and disgusting. My personal vendetta for anyone who cares: I moved for work 3 months prior to my lease ending, and was told Id have to pay the equivalent of 4 months rent to break my lease, so I kept paying for it after moving out instead. A few of my belongings were left in the unit but Id turned off all power and locked up. I returned once to use the bathroom while in town and locked up again upon leaving. Two months later I received a notice that they were accessing my unit due to power surges. They found that someone had entered my unit and turned the hot water on full blast and left it on. So for 2 months I had hot water going out of the outflow in the tub. I asked for the security logs but they refused to send them to me, stating the last entry was the day I moved out. But I know this was false as Id been back once since then. After the incident, I went to turn in keys after the 3 months were over and found that my apartment had already been deep cleaned by the apartment complex, my belongings had all been thrown away, all lights and fans were on. The apartment complex had accessed my unit without my permission while I was living in another state, still paying as a tenant, and deep cleaned it and Im SURE were showing it to future tenants. The apartment complex refused to cooperate with me when I asked for logs of access, stating it was my fault for leaving it unlocked which I did not. All of this resulted in me paying an additional $800 to GA Power and a $2000 water bill. A new management company and 5 months after my move out, I received a bill. Theyd already applied my security deposit that was never returned, and they said they would like me to start making payments or else theyll send me to collections. $2800 for accessing and deep cleaning an occupied apartment they were legally not allowed to enter without permission, throwing away my belongings and leaving the hot water on while I was in another state. This is theft. Hiring a lawyer would cost more and waste too much of my time, so instead I counted my losses and paid it, but Im leaving reviews everywhere so you dont make the same mistake.

    My roommate and I renewed our lease for a second year. Safe, great location and the staff is exceptional. Maintainence is always efficient. The only complaint we have is the weed smell occasionally, but that's to be expected in most apartments in Atlanta unfortunately. We love it here!
