Don't move here if you ever order packages. Today, residents were notified that we will be forced to use a third party, Fetch, to recieve all packages. This service is horrendously rated across the country, takes away every recourse you have for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, and is currently under investigation (and rated F) by the BBB. Management did not mention an added charge yet, but users across the country report being charged up to $25 a month for this scam of a service, most times without even being informed of the charge by management, ever.

Went to go tour this complex today. Alexis C. was very helpful and welcoming from the time we spoke over the phone to touring the apartment. She answered all the questions we had and addressed any of our concerns. I feel I got an honest perspective from her and not that she was just trying to sell us on the place. She let us know all the positive new changes coming to the complex since a new company has took over. She was very reassuring and accommodating to help look at different floors and units that were available in our price range and floor preferences when we had request. The complex all in all was nice.

Ive been living here for 2 years and words cant express the relief Ive experienced since our new owners/management has taken over. Ms Patricia and Ms Barbara are the perfect property managers and has done everything possible to correct the mistakes of the previous owners. The maintenance is the best Ive every seen PeRiOdT! They work soooo fast and efficiently its insane. Ty again for saving us .
