Finding an apartment thats worth its rent amount is a dime a dozen nowadays. Throughout my last few weeks of apartment hunting, the Vineyards is truly a hidden gem. This complex is very convenient in location with it not being far from I-20 at all and numerous stores and restaurants nearby. The complex seems to do amazing with upkeep as well which is always a plus. I also had the chance to speak directly with the propertys assistant manager, Shontay, who was nothing short of AMAZING!!! Shes the epitome of professionalism and was so courteous and helpful the entire time. She allowed me to tour a unit right away and eased my mind by guiding me through the specifics of the application process and being able to answer any questions I had. The assistant manager Shontay is very professional, organized, and very helpful. My experience was over amazing & easy process. I thank her for helping me during a tough time. I would recommend these apartments to anybody. Thank you Ms.Shontay!

Mrs. Karen the manager is awesome, she takes time to listen to all problems. She's also polite and kind. Mrs. Is a great just to talk to, her knowledge of the world is great. She is also a lady of large faith in her Savor. Shont'e goes above and beyond all day. I'm a disabled veteran and have many pain issues. She goes to my mailbox and gets my mail often at my request. When has time. She is the sweetest, professional young lady I have ever met. She gives me candy,chips and water when I go to the office. The secretary, Chantelle is wonderful and kind also. She alway greets you with a big smile. She ask politely how can I help you then directs where you need to go or get the answer to your question promptly. Always smiling at the same time. The maintenance guy are even cool peeps. They are always working. These nice and professional also good ask questions . They dont blow you off. Over all the staff here at the vineyards give you a kind of home away from home feel. They know many are here away from their homes from around the United States trying make the dream come true in Atlanta. I highly recommend you giving them a call. Yours, truly Min.
