    The property was decent when I signed my lease and moved in over a year ago. Things have drastically gone down hill since the property was sold to the current owner(s), which is Weinstein Properties. There are a lot of ghetto residences along with their guests/visitors, who do not respect the property or the amenities. The floors and walls are paper thin Security was great before Weinstein took over. Now if you have a noise complaint, the courtesy officer has to physically come into your apartment to verify the noise, which is an evasion of privacy. Some residences let their pets pee and poop everywhere and dont bother cleaning up their pets waste. Parking is a nightmare. If you are not the owner of the vehicle that you want to have registered to park as a resident, and/or if youre not on the car insurance binder, you will not be able to obtain a resident parking permit. You will have to risk parking on the street or battle it out to find parking in the visitors parking area. The leasing office will blame the parking rules on Star Parking, who manages the parking deck. When Weinstein Properties took over the property they added valet trash services. Unfortunately a lot of residents do not adhere to the valet trash rules, which causes stenches in the hallways from trash and trash cans being left out during days and hours that valet trash services are unavailable. If you love the aroma of trash mixed with the smell of marijuana throughout the building, then you will love it here. The hallway carpets are filthy. There was an email sent out a few months ago that the carpet throughout the building would be cleaned. I cant tell that anything has been cleaned on the floor that I reside on. The fire alarm system is faulty and will go off at random times. Ive had to leave my apt several times due to the fire alarm going off, which causes an issue or interruption when trying to work from home or conduct business affairs. Some google reviews have mysteriously disappeared. I have screenshot them and attached to my review. I could probably write a dissertation on why I do not recommend leasing here.

    03.21.24 - more false fire alarms and lies from the front office about how and why it happens. Despicable. Alex at the front office specific fabricated the reason the false alarm went off, to shift blame after I explained the fire alarms cause my very sick dog to have seizures. Might also want to train your staff, Georgia is a one party consent state for recording, they might not want to make claims about what is and isn't legal without knowledge on the subject. My extremely detailed and date of incident tracking review with dozens and dozens of complaints has been deleted consistently by the apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Reply to apartment: Consistently the reviews that I screenshot and save are removed after a single day or two. The idea that reviews cannot be removed is hilarious. I would suspect that the reason the apartment is so keen on linking Google review names to names on the lease, is so they can flag any review without a resident/lease as a fake review. Two major reasons people might be posting reviews without their legal name. 1) Google accounts historically do not require legal names, so it's perfectly acceptable for a Google Account to not be ID'd by their legal name 2) Multiple Better Business Bureau reviews list retaliation for reviews, so it's perfectly understandable that people posting their first hand TRUE experiences through a negative review would fear retaliation from the apartment. Their statements around my issues being resolved is a ploy, they were not. I'll restart my day by day complaints: 02/09/24 - Another 30 minutes of fire alarms 02/13/24 - fire alarms tonight and Sunday again 02/22/24 - apartment mandated Internet is down again during WFH hours. An extremely reactive large pit bull is now getting walked by the world's smallest dog walkers who are visibly struggling to not be dragged around. I'm watching many people with dogs picking up their dogs and walking the other way. Should not feel unsafe walking out dogs on the sidewalks outside. 03/10/24 - apartment and STAR parking continue to fleece the residents by removing parking spots and putting premium paid parking. That would be 3 different forms of payment to park in the same parking garage.

    **UPDATE for response left** 3/16/2024- We have put in a maintenance request to get our water filter changed in our fridge, and we were told we have to pay to get it changed. This is the email we received: "Our maintenance team received your request for a new water filter. We can certainly complete this work for you we did want to make you aware of the $50 replacement charge that would be posted to your account. Once we get your confirmation, we can get this work completed. If you would not like to proceed with our team replacing this- we can also provide you with the filter specs to self-purchase. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed. We look forward to hearing from you!" They continue to extort us. We also are still struggling with adequate amount of hot water since October 23rd,2024. Please do not move here!!!! 2/25/2024 - We have been residents here since this building opened. Our car was/is registered and we even have the sticker that lets us in and out of the garage because we are residents, we pay for parking every month we were even DOUBLE CHARGED. The staff even said that they are disabling our parking stickers because we no longer have a car since it was towed! No worries we have already gotten in contact with our attorneys! We did not have valet trash until you guys came, we used the chutes, and there were no issues. You guys keep mentioning this shower head when we've already discussed that that is not our issue, we can't even take a hot bath, which has nothing to do with our shower head. We have not had any issues with hot water until we transferred into this unit. Multiple people have already come forward saying you guys deleted their reviews. Just take some accountability and make things right! 2/11/2024 - I've been here since they opened, it was great up until Bexley took over. First things first the parking situation here is absolutely ridiculous, they hired a parking company that preys on people for their own gains. Many people have been booted here for the simplest things, my car was booted & towed because my sticker wasn't "displayed properly" yet we pay every month for parking and we live here. When you bring it to bexleys attention they brush you off and claim they have nothing to do with parking as if this is not THEIR property. You have to have the proper stickers to even enter the garage. In this event trying to get my car back, Bexley has withheld the camera footage we are asking for. Claiming there's a time span, which we were still well within when asked. Which also implies they may be in cahoots with the parking company. They implemented a valet trash service (that no-one asked for) and then added $20 to our leases every month, but don't forget your bin out because now it is a $25 fee! The chutes never work so we're forced to abide by this. The construction of this building is poor, we hear everything from our neighbors, the ones under us, next to us, and over us. The walls are so thin. We also have not had adequate amount of hot water since we transferred apartments. which was in October 2023, we have put in 5 requests to get it fixed but the maintenance people claim there is nothing they can do. The water also has a rancid smell. Which I'm sure can NOT be healthy. After requesting these simple fixes they have showed us how they only care about money and not the livelihood of their tenants with threatening eviction!!! When all we asked for was hot water and camera footage. Stay far away from this place, the micro charges, the rude staff, the horrible upkeep of the community. Nothing at this place is worth the lack of peace you will experience. My girlfriend left reviews and they deleted them, so be aware this is not all the 1 star reviews that were left. There were WAY more, that crap about not being able to delete reviews is absurd when we have screenshots of all the reviews that were deleted. We can not wait be out of this lease, being extorted by your landlord is insane. You have been warned!!

Your vehicle was towed because it was not registered with our monitoring service. Any unregistered vehicles are subject to towing. As for the footage request, we acknowledge the miscommunication on our team's part and regret that it did not meet the 21-day timeframe. As you know, our team was still able to provide you photos with timestamps of the towing. Please note that the $20 valet trash fee was in place with the previous management team when you initially moved in. Regarding the hot water issue, while we've made efforts to address it, it seems the use of the showerhead you installed may be affecting water consumption. Please also know that we do not have the ability to remove any reviews as Google is a public website.
