I enjoyed my time at Modera Reynoldstown. The office and service team were always professional and kind. Oh and they host engaging monthly resident events!

Ive been a resident here for almost a year, and I love the neighborhood and the friends Ive made in the building! The property really makes an effort to make it feel like a community. The holiday decorations in the communal spaces are a great touch. They go out of there way to engage with residents and create opportunities for residents to engage with each other. Most recently, property management threw a really great holiday party with catered food and raffled some fun gifts. It was a lot of fun and very festive!

If you are going to charge people to park at an apartment building, at least make sure the ticket machine works. It is constantly on its bullshit wasting people's time.
