Haven on Peachwood

I had an absolutely incredible tour experience with Bianca! From the moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted with such warmth and enthusiasm that I immediately felt not just welcome, but truly valued as a potential resident. Bianca friendly demeanor and genuine interest in my needs set a positive tone for the entire visit. Throughout the tour, Bianca attention to detail was impressive. She provided comprehensive and vivid descriptions of each area we visited, painting a clear picture of what life could be like in this community. Her in-depth knowledge of the property was evident as she thoroughly answered all my questions and offered insights I hadn't considered. The property itself was absolutely stunning, but what truly captured my heart were the exceptional amount of space in their units! Highly recommend!

Apartments are starting to go downhill. Love the location and the maintenance staff. But they have some things that need to be worked on immediately. Gate never works, elevator has been down for weeks, trash is always everywhere and breezeways are extremely nasty. I hope this review will bring some attention to the issues at hand and resolutions asap.

Management refuses to power wash building. Multiple bird nests are throughout the common area specifically in building 2 with piled up bird feces along the walls and stairwells. Definitely not sanitary.

Do these people ever answer the phone? I have been trying to call for 3 days and no one picks up. The sad part is, I would like to rent here. However , a pet peeve of mine is when the leasing office never answers the phone.SMh

I also moved in when this community was Five East in about February of 2016 and a few months later found notes on the door that they were being bought out by Hawthorne. I didn't think it was that awesome before but it's definitely terrible now. The gate was broken for weeks, the floor of the elevator to my apartment is ALWAYS dirty, the same dog feces was outside my building for weeks and is probably still there if it hasn't disintegrated on its own, various exterior cosmetic issues not addressed, visitor parking is non existent for my guests. I actually had a guest fly in from Maryland then drive home to Chattanooga at 4am because she couldn't find a place to park in my apartments. I've been charged a late fee for rent when I paid it on time I emailed the office SEVERAL as in probably 7 times as well as called them and it took over a week to get a reply, my refrigerator broke on a Saturday morning I immediately put in a maintenance request and I had to finally call on MONDAY to get someone to fix it. By that time all the food I just bought was bad and they did nothing about it. The pool area reminds me of my undergrad years, people drinking, smoking hookah, and having a good time, so if you're not into the college kid atmosphere don't move here. The gym is not that great, all the machines are outdated for sure. I think I covered most of the big things. If you're looking for a luxury apartment look elsewhere, don't pay this amount of money for poor quality propert management. Update: I forgot to mention the WATER BUGS that would periodically show up IN my apartment and they would always be outside near the elevator particularly at night. Thats probably the grossest part because they burrow under the pine straw and come out at night so beware of night crawlers.
