Do not move here !! On top of Charging over $2000 for a deposit + rent to move in Management charges fees for the littlest things instead of warning and trying to work with you. The upkeep in this building is poor. Holes in walls, garbage, dirty staircases. They charge us for the littlest things and send email notices on a daily basis as if all their ducks are in a row. My name is still not listed in the call box after 2 months and they've been notified. Maintenance request aren't fulfilled yet closed as it was completed. If I could leave I would. I hear walking above me where the hard word floors are. Entrance doors are constantly broken(especially by the mail room) You/guest will get booted if you park in the electric charging, handicap and guest parking spots. which they are reserving for future residents during business hrs. The booting company is apart of the same company as this apartment building (Lincoln apts) There's no call box for guest to park behind the gate so you would physically have to come down to Let them in(if your scan sticker isn't attached to your car, you only get a remote key if you live on the 1st/ basement level). Guest only are able to park on the 6th floor and there's no call box inside the garage. Very limited guest parking outside the gate zone residents park there because there's no door to walk out of the gate to the entrance. Poorly designed building. Heavy traffic and minimal space to navigate. Even hard to park to get mail. I regret moving here after only 2months because management isn't treating me and my neighbors like valued residents.

I just moved here less than a week ago and Stephanie has been the absolute best. This has been the easiest transition for me based on her help. The property is beautiful and people are very welcoming.

Moved here a month ago. So far so good. Quiet units, great location. Very professional and helping staff. I dealt with Stephane for the entire process and she made it very smooth and easy for me. If you are looking for a place to live in Atlanta Helios is the right place to go and if you do see Stephane as she is very helpful throughout the process as the entire staff is in that leasing office. Also the staff responds very quickly to any maintenance requests. Got 12 more months to stay so will definitely post an updated review.
