    There was a shooting the weekend of 6/27/23. And several car break ins. Management is a joke . They do not answer the phones. Organizing trying to pick up packages is tedious . Look else were not here

    The quality of living here is average. The noise level is high if you are close to Marta. Beware of greedy and unbelievably sky-high arrogant management! They can be perceived as greedy; they will begin to eat up your hard-earned money the moment you plan to move out.. They require a two-month advance notice period before you can move out, and they will also snatch another two months' rent if you decide to move out early. These seemingly bent, unfair rules are in place to protect the management. Think twice before choosing to live here.. Update following the owner's response: The owner contends that they provide ample opportunity to review the documents before signing. However, it's laughable to suggest that just because someone signed an unfair document, it becomes legitimate.

    Dealing with management or talking to them is absolute Nightmare. And stepping into leasing office brings you enormous anxiety and stress. The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism exhibited by the management team was simply astonishing. They simply dont care about residents and takes easy on us. The leasing agents were unresponsive and seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns. Maintenance requests were routinely ignored or took an unreasonable amount of time to be addressed. We had to repeatedly follow up with the management, which was an incredibly frustrating and time-consuming experience. Basic repairs and maintenance tasks were handled poorly, leaving us with subpar living conditions. And trust me Management knows about it and still doesnt put any efforts to address it. Furthermore, the communication from the management was abysmal. Important notices were often sent out at the last minute or not at all, making it difficult to plan accordingly. Our attempts to reach out for assistance were met with indifference or brushed off as insignificant matters. To make matters worse, the management seemed to have little regard for our privacy and security. Numerous times, we encountered unauthorized personnel entering our community breaking cars, stealing packages and robberys happens more often. This blatant disregard for our rights as tenants was completely unacceptable and created an atmosphere of constant anxiety and insecurity. It is clear that their focus is solely on signing new leases rather than maintaining a positive living experience for their tenants. I strongly advise anyone considering this leasing community to think twice and explore other options. The frustration, inconvenience, and disappointment you will experience far outweigh any benefits they may claim to offer. Save yourself the headache and look for other communities that truly values their tenants and strives for excellence in all aspects of their service.

    Pros: Location Cons: Car break-ins Cockroach infestation Trash compactor constantly overflowing Office does not answer the phone Management does not take action when approached in person No one picks up their dogs mess Poorly kept pool area Kids play in the gym Trash (10+ FULL BAGS) has been left outside an apartment (916) after 10+ calls with no answer and showing up in person (right after they didnt answer the phone) to report it. Three times I was told it would be cleaned the following day, ands its been 3+ weeks.
