I was so close to applying for an apartment here. I had a great tour and I loved the layout but after reading these reviews and someone I know telling me not to move here I just cant do it. Especially, since many of the reviews are recent. Its so disappointing!

Jason was awesome. Only his third day and he gave excellent service. Very hospitable. I highly recommend going to him at MAA Gardens if you need anything like a tour or just have any questions!Edit: We've been living here since July, and overall, we are more satisfied with this place than we were with our last apartment. But it's not without its issues. First, the carpets were absolutely filthy when we moved in. My partner used a carpet cleaner and made the carpets look a hell of a lot better than they did when we first moved in. Night and day difference. Anytime we have had a maintenance issue, it takes several days to hear anything about it. The maintenance team ends up marking it as finished and we are never informed nor given any information. And usually when they mark it as finished, it's still not finished. The grounds and the parking garage are always littered with trash and they are really filthy. Not only that, but the lights and fans right outside the apartments are always covered in spiderwebs, dirt, etc. Our dishwasher has not worked since the weekend, and we submitted a request on Monday. I called Tuesday, and was told by someone in the office they would call me right back. Thursday came around and I still had not heard anything. I left a message Thursday and finally got in touch with someone today. They said that it was apparently taken care of yesterday, but it still wasn't working. Now it won't be looked at again until Monday. It just never ends. The people in the office are very nice. We love how spacious the apartment is. But these are definitely issues that need to be considered.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at MAA Gardens. I recently experienced water intrusion in my living room and master bedroom, leading to carpets soaked with water. Despite raising a maintenance request, the issue remains unresolved.The maintenance team without suckup water from the carpet placed two air movers in my unit, but these machines blow only cool air and are ineffective in drying this much wet carpets loaded full of water. They are also unbearably noisy, making it impossible to stay in the home and sleep at night. To make matters worse, the wet carpets have started emitting a foul odor, creating an unhealthy living environment.The lack of proper action has left me dealing with the potential health risks associated with damp conditions, such as infections and bed bugs. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and I do not feel that my concerns have been taken seriously.I hope the management takes feedback like this seriously and improves their service. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and livable environment.

This review expresses only a mere token of my appreciation for Yasmine who is the perfect example of a diligent and dedicated employee. As a resident of MAA Gardens, I am grateful that Yasmine truly helps to make my residential experience pleasant. Any time I reach out to our leasing staff, it is ALWAYS Yasmine who is willing to help with efficiency and a smile. MAA Gardens is beyond lucky to have Yasmine as a part of their team. I also can't leave out the maintenance team. They are the BEST!!!!
