First Communities

I have lived in one of these properties for one month. The leasing manager at my complex is BEYOND unprofessional. She has threatened me and other tenants, attempted to physically harm tenants and is never at work. We moved in a month ago and we cant use our shower as it is riddled with dirt , grime and mildew. We have called management ( First Communities) sense day one and have not received a call back or an e-mail back. This is an extremely unprofessional company.

I reside at one of your properties in Columbia Sc and I must say that this experience is horrible. From mold to maintenance not having licensed HVAC technicians to assist with over 200 work orders on the premises with zero to limited A/C USE in 90+ degree weather. To dirty dark brown dish water in dish wash prior to moving in. No pool access. The list goes on and on but you guys definitely want $1,058.99 plus tax per month. I have called, left messages as well as emailed. No response. No cares. Make it make sense.

If no stars was an option... you know the rest... These predators offered my lease renewal at a 17% increase! My income has not increased by 17% and neither has this property. $1403 to $1687 is outrageous!!!! I am writing my local council person and the governor. Something has to be done about these scumbag predatory companies. Thanks for the BS reply. NO ONE answers the phone. Everyone tryng to reach ANYONE in the office, go to the leadership page and use those names to access the dial by name directory. STILL no answers, not even MR. KEVIN CARR the CFO. Please save the fake concern.
