The Overlook Sandy Springs Apartments

I've been here since December 2022, and there have been several changes within office management two to current.In the beginning of my time, it was not good as far as management, and maintenance. They have come a long way now, and maintenance is on it like ASAP with a respectful, and positive attitude. So, 2024 to current has truly been an upgrading effort for Overlook at Sandy Springs for me.Yes, it's an older building which they have restriped the old siding to every building and painted it. They had a huge roach issue which I no longer have an issue, and I believe removing the old siding truly helped.The office staff has a person there by the name of Gary which has been very helpful when I had issues in February with a resolution. Communication is truly the key for this location as of 2025. I would recommend this place, and my neighbors are wonderful.

RPM living is out and Radco living is in! Thank you Jesus! The staff is so kind and willing to help. I put in a maintenance request and Tray from the maintenance team came and he was so kind and knowledgeable! He fixed the issue and on top of that he cleaned up behind himself! I appreciate how professional he was. I was planning on moving when my lease is up next month but this interaction has changed my mind! Great Job!

6/8/2024 Ive lived here 10 years and The new leasing manager Shawn is awesomehe went above and beyond for me! I told him I had a problem and less than 30 mins he had a solution. He is going to be such an asset to this complex, his personality, charisma and empathy is exactly whats people need in this current economy. Whom ever hired him kudos youve found a gem with this one.

Thank you Shawn and Lakeisha for going over and beyond for me yesterday. Staying a little late to make sure I got what I needed. Its good to finally have management that actually cares for their residents.
