2050 Morningside

I give this place a one star for the scheming y'all doing when it comes to people applying here. I applied here over a year ago. Never saw the apartments. Never met anyone in person... I was just checking them out. These damn people will constantly try to charge you for an application that was never completed/properly submitted and if you don't pay it goes to collections. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Love this property ever since the tour! Rodrigues was welcoming and informative. Whenever I had questions they were answered promptly and he was courteous enough to even follow up with me afterwards. I moved in the following month! Rodrigues walk me through the process and didnt rush me off the phone when I need a detailed explanation on anything. I appreciate the respect and care Rodrigues displays whenever we meet, thank you I feel right at home !!

DONT LIVE HERE! My car was broken in here, even when parked behind the gates. The night security is never awake. Also, apartment has flooded and units dry walls were never replaced. Finally, the management company is very unprofessional(Rodrigues specifically)

There was a fraudulent charge on my debit card from this place. I never been here. But after talking to management they are correcting the issue

Can I just speak on Rodriguez a little bit? I came into 2050 Morningside to look for apartments and I was blown away! I was at the point to where I was not happy with any of the prices in the area! 2050 Morningside was my last stop and my last sign of hope. When I walked in, I LOVED the lobby and was greeted with a warm smile! It is almost as if I knew in that instance that this is where I wanted to live. Rodriguez asked me to have a seat and we sat there and laughed and had the realest conversation that I have ever had with anyone working in Leasing! That is one of the things that I look for when renting; someone who is willing to be real with me and does not follow the whole "WE GOTTA GET YOU IN HERE BY ANY MEANS NESSESSARY" narrative. After we talked and I did a little bit of paper work, I was taken on a tour. THIS IS WHERE I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE APTS! Rodriguez did not leave ONE question unanswered, I honestly didn't even have to ask questions because that's just how thorough the tour was. Working at a high school up the street, I made it known how important it is for teachers to be able to move in the area because most of us travel 30-45 minutes a day to and from work because as teachers we can not afford to live in this area! When I explained that to Rodriguez he IMMEDIATELY made up pamphlets and flyers to put around all of our teacher lounges with a great discount. ALL of those fliers and pamphlets were GONE the very next day! Now, I am proud to say that I am a 2050 Morningside resident and only have to commute about 8 minutes to work and back each day. Thank you so much to Rodriguez, because without him, I honestly do not even know where I would live!
