If pompous is the atmosphere you are looking for, this is the place for you. Just dont expect anything worth actually being pompous *about*. The specific experience that summarizes my experience with the pompous attitude was bringing my service animal to a community event that is included in rent, and being told by community manager Talia Well I cant say no to a service animal, BUT this is supposed to be an elevated event so I just dont know. We are about to end anyways. In further conversation on the record, she stated A dog is not a part of this event. So what should you expect from this pompous and elevated community? You should expect safety concerns in the form of a gate that is constantly broken, leading to residents cars constantly being broken into. You should expect trash to litter the ground, both inside and outside. You should expect to be treated in a belittling manner by the staff. You should expect the elevator to always be broken. You should expect an experience far inferior to what you are paying for. While the construction of the building and the tours and promises during a tour may be appealing, in a city with many options to choose from, you should be informed that these may be misleading and there are several, several better options to consider.

Ive only been here for a few weeks but already feel like the marketing has overridden the actual experience. The hallway always smells, the mail room is a nightmare (you spend 20 min at least looking for your package), $25 parking, $25 trash pickup, a hassle for visitors to find parking. Basically its not all that it seems and mainly looks pretty but theres still a lot of work to be done with the service and upkeep.

I definitely should have trusted my gut instinct when I read the review from Adrian 6 months ago as I went through the EXACT experience. The apartments are very nice but the application process and communication will make you reconsider. I first started with the property manager inquiring on a studio she then handed me over to the leasing consultant Kendall. She showed me a studio which at the time I did not know was a handicap unit until after applying. FAILED to COMMUNICATE! They then Gave the unit I applied to someone else originally the move in date was two months out since giving the unit to someone else I had to choose a sooner move in date which was within two weeks after not mentioning it was handicap. I applied uploaded documents, for the property manager to give an excuse of my LLC being out of state and she mentioned she was hesitant on approving me for that VERY reason. Ive lived at luxury apartments in Florida and Atlanta prior and was approved in the past with no problems. She sent it over to her boss and her boss mentioned the application was denied because it showed the paystubs. Were edited in the system even after telling me they would just get approval from my tax preparer which they did. You can have paystubs with a legitimate LLC. But because I told them something needed to be done for the inconvenience of my move In date changing due to their lack of communication seems as the reason the denied me. They basically gave some fancy excuse as to why they didnt want me there. They didnt want to discount the rent for their screw up. On the brighter side of all of this I just got approved at an apartment with a higher rent, more luxurious within a week of application and approvals and it took them two weeks. Moral of the story stay away from stereotypical leasing consultants who think minorities can not afford 3x the rent. This makes a lot more sense why your leasing consultant Kendall mentioned she put in her two weeks with this company due to lack of communication with residents and staff. Please consider all factors when applying at these apartments the staff is full of black women who stereotype people who apply! And their guest parking is absolutely limited and ridiculous.3 cars were booted at guest parking.
