Ive been a resident for about 3 years now! This is by far the best property Ive ever lived in. The community is really safe and secure despite living close by the stadium. I never had an issue that wasnt resolved immediately. The office staff is really friendly and always eager to help. My maintenance request are always resolved within 48 hours, the workers are always Courteous and friendly. Ive attended plenty of super fun resident events where i got a chance to befriend some of my Neighbors. I usually have bad experiences with apartments but this is by far the BEST stress free apartment Ive ever lived in.. you will not regret moving here

I recently relocated back to the A. I was looking for a place to live. I wanted to experience living near the Braces stadium so I could walk over and have fun. I called the office and I was greeted by Jeneen the Property Manager. She is nothing but the GREATEST! I submitted my application and between her and her team I was approved in 3 days! It was really great to receive such great customer service. It showed that they cared. If I have to describe them with one word, I would call them the GOAT ! That is certain. The move in experience was effortless as everything is electronic and the inly time you into the office is to pick up the keys . The amenities are great, two floors for burning the calories that you gain at the Battery, the pool is pretty big considering that there is limited space and they have a couple of social/gathering rooms. I was also invited to a Toga party and apparently they are well known for their fun activities at the apartment. The complex is clean and they maintain the building well. If you are looking for a place to live with competent, caring and a proactive staff/team. Then this joint is your place to live. I will close by saying that my experience have been nothing but great in my 30 days living here. Thank you Jeneen, Cindy and the rest of the team for your help and putting up with such high maintenance guy like myself.

I will admit that the ladies in the leasing office here are nothing short of fantastic. They are truly amazing from answering every call, promptly responding to every voicemail, making sure they respond to as many emails as they can, and so much more. It has been a little over a month since I moved in so I figured it was time to review this property, although Im sure I will be back with an update at a much later time. While the location is convenient and the leasing office is outstanding, Reserve falls short in quite a few important areas that fall on the building itself and not the leasing office or staff. Cons: The main thing that stands out is definitely the super thin floors/ ceilings. Speakers are well built into the walls of each apartment but I dont get much commotion from the apartments next to me. However, a lot of noise and commotion comes from the apartment above me. Ive had issues since day 1 of moving in. I understand that heavy walking is something that cannot be controlled and that some things just come with apartment living, but when I can tell you someones ENTIRE daily routine from them waking and walking to the restroom, to them showering or taking a bath, then doing laundry or cooking, or washing the dishes or back in the bathroom, to them leaving for work and then returning home all based on how thin the floors are? Then that is a MAJOR issue. I also have a very different schedule than my neighbor above me so while shes up well past midnight, I'm struggling to try and get sleep. I have videos that are time stamped well past 2am with odd and loud thudding and dragging of sorts. Again, the floors should have been built to withstand such noises. So if you are looking for peaceful sleep or just peace while having guests over in general, only pick a unit on the 5th floor here. Secondly, the hot water seems to never remain hot long. I took a shower that ran over 10 minutes due to washing my hair for the first time and I lost hot water after 25 minutes. I was embarrassed, as I had guests and I had to drive them back home on Thanksgiving morning in order for them to take a shower. Maintenance (who quickly responds to orders and does an amazing job) was sent to turn up the hot water heater in order to fix the issue but I am sitting in a cold bath as I type this. The water turned cold after 15 minutes of running the bath. Not sure if everyone shares water or not??? Which brings me to state that the water heater and pipes in the wall can be loud at times and gets annoying after a while. Pro: the leasing office and the maintenance staff rocks. The package room/ system is amazing. The location is convenient. It doesnt take long to get to the highway. Theres a restaurant at every turn or stretch and you do not have to travel far to find stores. The mall is close. And although bedrooms are quite tiny, the interior of the units are gorgeous.

Great living experience. The staff is very tentative to concerns , wants , needs etc. Work orders are done promptly which is really a plus for me. I love the gathering events held throughout the year at the ballpark and the close proximity to other events and stores ! This is a great place to live for various reasons and the staff is not like old resident Jeneen , Cyndi , Megan , Kylie, Anthony , Craig and Ricardo are all awesome!

I lived here for almost 3 years and was extremely sad to be leaving the fantastic staff (Kylie, Megan, Jeneen) behind. I've lived in 4 different apartments (including directly in the Battery) over the past 7 years and Reserve has, by far, been my favorite apartment complex. Although it's a stone's throw from the Battery, it's lively enough to be fun, but quiet enough to not disrupt your day to day and get uninterrupted sleep. What sets it apart is the caring folks that work here and the amazing service they provide. From the beautiful, dog friendly, and gated community and walkways/parks, the speedy maintenance staff, to the front office staff that went above and beyond to greet us each day and resolve any of our minimal issues same day, to the clear efforts of forming a community through the thoughtful and fun community events- this place truly became our home. When we had to move into a house for more space, they celebrated alongside us and made the move out process seamless-they even invited us back for any community events. This place is friendly to guests while still making sure the space is working optimally for the residents (and somehow achieves this even with being right next to the battery). You truly will not find a better place to live- we will miss it so much!
