It was really great to receive such great customer service. It showed that they cared.
If I have to describe them with one word, I would call them the GOAT ! That is certain.
The move in experience was effortless as everything is electronic and the inly time you into the office is to pick up the keys .
The amenities are great, two floors for burning the calories that you gain at the Battery, the pool is pretty big considering that there is limited space and they have a couple of social/gathering rooms.
I was also invited to a Toga party and apparently they are well known for their fun activities at the apartment.
The complex is clean and they maintain the building well.
If you are looking for a place to live with competent, caring and a proactive staff/team. Then this joint is your place to live.
I will close by saying that my experience have been nothing but great in my 30 days living here.
Thank you Jeneen, Cindy and the rest of the team for your help and putting up with such high maintenance guy like myself.

Cons: The main thing that stands out is definitely the super thin floors/ ceilings. Speakers are well built into the walls of each apartment but I dont get much commotion from the apartments next to me. However, a lot of noise and commotion comes from the apartment above me. Ive had issues since day 1 of moving in. I understand that heavy walking is something that cannot be controlled and that some things just come with apartment living, but when I can tell you someones ENTIRE daily routine from them waking and walking to the restroom, to them showering or taking a bath, then doing laundry or cooking, or washing the dishes or back in the bathroom, to them leaving for work and then returning home all based on how thin the floors are? Then that is a MAJOR issue. I also have a very different schedule than my neighbor above me so while shes up well past midnight, I'm struggling to try and get sleep. I have videos that are time stamped well past 2am with odd and loud thudding and dragging of sorts. Again, the floors should have been built to withstand such noises. So if you are looking for peaceful sleep or just peace while having guests over in general, only pick a unit on the 5th floor here.
Secondly, the hot water seems to never remain hot long. I took a shower that ran over 10 minutes due to washing my hair for the first time and I lost hot water after 25 minutes. I was embarrassed, as I had guests and I had to drive them back home on Thanksgiving morning in order for them to take a shower. Maintenance (who quickly responds to orders and does an amazing job) was sent to turn up the hot water heater in order to fix the issue but I am sitting in a cold bath as I type this. The water turned cold after 15 minutes of running the bath. Not sure if everyone shares water or not??? Which brings me to state that the water heater and pipes in the wall can be loud at times and gets annoying after a while.
Pro: the leasing office and the maintenance staff rocks. The package room/ system is amazing. The location is convenient. It doesnt take long to get to the highway. Theres a restaurant at every turn or stretch and you do not have to travel far to find stores. The mall is close. And although bedrooms are quite tiny, the interior of the units are gorgeous.
