By far the worst apartment tour Ive ever been on. The prices are cheap for a reason. Id never rent here. I couldnt get a straight answer about the units they are advertising, apparently you cant view the actual apartment youd like to lease until you are already locked in to lease it. So that makes me wonder if they have a bad pest problem, if they lease to just about anyone with a pulse and therefore the overall property is not well kept and just to make the matter worse this management company (Fogelman) skipped out on several thousands of dollars of invoices they owed me because they knew they were selling a property and didnt want to pay. If they treat the people that serviced their properties like this AND are so dismissive of their own customers, I can only imagine how they treat their current renters. Id strongly advise to make yourself familiar with the managing companies to determine if its worth touring and renting. Cortland, Amli and Range Water are really good options in my opinion.

PLEASE AVOID AVANA LENOX AT ALL COST. I do not do reviews but I could not leave this property without warning / spreading awareness on how awful this place is. Management customer service is poor and never offers any customer resolutions. The Landscaping at Avana Lenox is atrocious. There is dog poop everywhere, dead plants, and dead grass all over the property. High water bills each month due to leaks in property that owners wont get fixed. Breezeways are disgusting & filled with debris, stains, and trash. Valet trash picks up trash when they want to. The Old Building needs to be pressure washed and cleaned Dog Park filled with pee and dog poop Gym has outdated equipment and air is always broken Fire alarm in hallways constantly going off The Gate is always BROKE please see pictures !!!!! Dishwasher was broke for months before they replaced it. Took maintenance 3 weeks to fix a flood in my unit. Please RUN from this PLACE!!!!! Do not respond to my review. Save the fake apology and sob story for somebody else! Thank you!
