Piedmont Pad Apartments

Whatever you do, dont move here.. they lie to you, the apartment conditions are horrid, homeless people are sleeping in the stinky garage, and the management is very unprofessional, unreachable, and crooked. Everytime I visited, I was so scared. This place is only good for people whos on the verge of being poor, or low quality drug dealers. The apartment that they show you is NOT WHAT YOU GET, I promise. Its so nasty looking. They took my friends whole deposit for damages already present. Take this review in close consideration, of your decision to move here

Would leave 0 stars! Entry point doors are never locked. Homeless people sleeping in stair well. ABSOLUTELY NOT SAFE!

I've only lived here for a month, and so far, I've been very satisfied, the people here are nice maintenance and management is amazing, complete and resolve my maintenance request as soon as possible, and super friendly. There are a few inconveniences here which are common with living in an apartment in the city, but so far I'm very satisfied. If you need an apartment downtown this is a great place to live, would highly recommend it! 2024 Update :Recently moved into a new unit for the upcoming school year, unfortunately had some issues, but the Property Mansger : Mr. Will and the management team specifically Tr, was being awesome. Mr. Will helped me with moving into my new unit and helped me resolve issues . When Tr came to help me with my Maintenance Request he always informed of what the issue was and how he planned to fix it and I also gotta have some nice conversations with him( he also did some extra things which he didnt need to which was greatly appreciated)Honestly got deep respect for the maintenance team , they really do a lot for the residents here!

Hello all. I am currently living here and have been here for 3 years. Summers are terrible, there are roaches everywhere. The trash chute constantly has trash and fluids that attract gnats . Sadly I do not believe the management is too blame but the people living here. There's been feses and dog pee in the elevator's. This is my last complaint as I've been patient for years and unfortunately I must move because of the conditions. I love the location but there hassle of poor hygiene is not worth it.
