I lived here for a year, and it was such an awful experience. The management cares more about the landscaping than the tenants. For dog owners it sucks because there was no where to dispose of dog poop. I begged them to put in the stations, but they never did. The dog park is all the way at the very back, and it was always overgrown grass. Only having the garbage in the center of the complex was so annoying. Most tenants had to drive their garbage. The property managers were always changing, so there was no consistency in management. We had a rat in our kitchen, and they put a glue trap out, so it got stuck on it IN MY SINK. I could keep going on how terrible it was. I hope they have made some improvements.

Property management is very unprofessional unpredictable and lack basic communication skills. This has been the worse moving process I have experienced. I was recommended this complex via a prior resident who enjoyed their stay however I have experienced nothing but frustration and anger with this community. Allyson was a good rental agent however her manager doesnt trust her to do her job correctly considering hes micromanaging from a distance without clarifying any additional information that would be required to move forward with a process that started three months ago. Aswell as I was promised keys by the time they created a third lease with a third move in date on it. Very inconsistent and inconsiderable people that I no longer want to do business with anymore. I will not be paying funds at a property who has no time to reach out to me before I have even moved into a unit.

Got in touch with Keila once and she told me she could send over videos of the apartment since I would be coming from out of town. That never happened. Emailed them to try to get more information on how I could apply because the website would not allow me to and got no response nor did I ever get a call back .

Going on 3 months of living here and no problems so far! All of my appliances were brand new upon move in and work perfectly. My A/C works great even in this crazy heat and I love the way the bathrooms were renovated. Pretty quiet community and every neighbor I've met so far is extremely nice & respectful! The leasing office consultants were so helpful when I was moving in and are all very kind. There isn't a pool, gym, or gate around the complex- but for the price and the way these apartments look on the inside, I don't mind. I had gone on so many apartment tours and read so many reviews before stumbling upon this place and now I can't stop singing its praises!
