Went on a tour, this is a beautifully designed development integrated well with the historic buildings, offering artist workspaces and offices as well. It will be next door to the new contemporary art museum.

For me, this was the first place that was a 100% yes. Its brand new, the energy is amazing & calm, its artsy, clean.. and theres a venue right across from the apartmentsI love it! Shontrell is the BEST, as well as all of the staff. I love it here

I moved into my apartment this spring and have had a wonderful experience every step of the way. Jaime has been incredibly accommodating and made sure that everything about the move in process was smooth. The community itself is full of motivated and professional artists who are dedicated to their craft and the property feels purpose built to be inspiring to creatives and non-creatives alike. The amenities such as the community room, gym, and rooftop pool have also enhanced my stay so far and will make you feel like you are living at a resort. Lastly, the views of the historic buildings on site provide a breathtaking blend of rustic features with old growth nature scenes that perfectly juxtapose the sweeping views of the Atlanta skyline. Somehow the property developers have successfully pulled off creating a space in the city that feels serene and contemplative yet still connected to the heart of Atlanta. I couldnt ask for a better place to live. If youre considering moving here, absolutely come take a tour before making your decision.

It is an incredible place to live. It truly feels like a community, and the fact that its a creative hub with so many events makes me feel like Im in the center of it all, which excites me for all the opportunities to get involved and become a part of the community as well. This place really highlights some of things that make Atlanta special. Im so happy I moved here! Oh and that rooftop patio at night? Just wow

First and foremost, I am so thrilled with my personal experience living here at "The Goat Farm Apartments " and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to call home. My favorite place is the rooftop pool and the immaculate views of the city. The exceptional service provided by Shontrell and the rest of the staff truly makes a difference. Shontrell went above and beyond with her communication and transparency, leading me to making the decision on choosing this place to call home. Thank you for making The Goat Farm a great place to live!
