        We had the BEST tour today! The building is new and the rooms are actually quite spacious even in the smaller units. Shout out to Lexi for making us very comfortable and so well informed on pricing as well as the amenities they offer to residents. She made us feel no pressure at all about the application process. Im super excited to apply!

        Ive been living at the Howell for about 3 weeks and I love it so far. Fatima and Brandon were AMAZING getting my sister and I in to two different units!! Fatima worked with us and our 5k daily emails, never annoyed, just sweet and lovely, always! Lexi is in the office almost everyday and shes the nicest, sweetest girl! Theyre all refreshing and still just as nice and friendly after moving in and always so helpful and nice about any questions/needs I have!
