Ive been living here since 2021 it has changed a lot ! 2021-2022 was great this year was a mess! The building has drastically changed . Management does not have a solution for anything ! Its always dirty , parking is limited , you will get boots and your window busted every other week . Its so hard to get in contact with anybody at the corporate office . The halls smell like weed everyday . Everybody have a dog that use it all over the building. The only pro is the cost of rent . If you email with a concern youll never get a response or follow up . Its a lot dont do it ! Skip right pass here.

I have called the rent office so many times today its ridiculous. No one answered ! I came to stop by the door had a closed sign on it at 11:00am is insane . They look nice but unprofessional.

Terrible place to live. It floods in the lobby when it rains and the water soaks the carpets. The smell is awful from the moldy carpets because of the flooding. The halls stink because the trash chute is always so backed up. You will be embarrassed to have guests. The property management company ignores maintenance requests for months and do not care about residents. Homeless people sleep on the property, club hoppers take up all the parking spots while actual residents and their guests get towed and booted even with a parking pass. Cars get broken into all the times and windows get busted. You are not safe here. My sons are scared to play outside because the area is so dangerous. Gunshots all weekend long and the police are always here. They kicked down somebody's door a week ago and had the K9 unit here. I wish I could afford to break my lease. It's not worth risking your life for semi-cheap rent.
